The deadline for registration is April 10, 2025. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks (May 22-23), and lunch buffet (May 23).

Early bird fee (Payment before March 28, 2025 included)

  • Ph.D. Students and PSB/DISAQ Staff: €270
  • Academics & Professionals: €420

Regular fee (Payment received after March 28, 2025)

  • Ph.D. Students and PSB/DISAQ Staff: €320
  • Academics & Professionals: €480

The accompanying person fee€120 (this fee is intended for the person willing to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program) 

The Gala Dinner fee: The cost of Gala dinner is €95 per person and is to be paid during the registration process. The Gala dinner will take place on May 22nd.

 

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

 By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration.

 By Bank Transfer: You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate "DTS2025-FULLNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to dts2025@psbedu.parisBank charges have to be paid at your expense.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

  • The registration of participation is binding.
  • Payments will be refunded if the organizer cancels the conference. Refunds are not possible in other cases.
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
  • The conference program may be subject to changes.
  • Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

Note: DTS Conference Chairs are not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations if it is prevented or delayed in performing those obligations by an event of force majeure. Force Majeure events include natural disasters, and terrorist attacks.
