Guidelines for Authors

PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

To submit a paper please login into your sciencesconf account or create an account if you do not have one.

Please submit your Full Paper or Extended Abstract (anonymous) using the Template bellow via the conference website by February 9, 2025

The first page of your submission must contain all the informations mentioned in the submission Template bellow. The submission should be anonymous. After acceptance the authors will be invited to submit the revised version with authors details.

Full papers will compete for the best academic or best practitioner paper award based on author affiliation.

IMPORTANT DATES

Submission deadline (extended abstract or Full paper): January 31, 2025, February 9, 2025

Notification of paper acceptance: March 14, 2025

• Registration deadline: March 28, 2025 (Early bird), April 10, 2025 (Regular).
• Revised version deadline (PDF files with authors and affiliations): April 20, 2025

• Conference: May 22-23, 2025, Paris (France)
