PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

To submit a paper please login into your sciencesconf account or create an account if you do not have one.

Please submit your Full Paper or Extended Abstract (anonymous) in PDF formats via the conference website by January 31, 2025

The first page of your submission must contain all the informations mentioned in the submission Template bellow.

Full papers will compete for the best academic or best practitioner paper award based on author affiliation.

IMPORTANT DATES

• Submission deadline (PDF files): January 31, 2025
• Notification of paper acceptance: March 14, 2025

• Registration deadline: March 28, 2025 (Early bird), April 10, 2025 (Regular).
• Revised version deadline (PDF files with authors and affiliations): April 20, 2025

• Conference: May 22-23, 2025, Paris (France)
